From drivers (via third-party platforms): Booking information is processed by JustPark and YourParkingSpace under their own privacy policies. We receive limited booking data (dates, amounts) for reporting purposes but do not directly collect driver personal data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: JustPark and YourParkingSpace (booking platforms we list spaces on), payment processors for revenue distribution, professional advisors (accountants, legal) as necessary, and law enforcement if required by law.

Enquiry data is retained for 12 months after our last communication. Partner data is retained for the duration of our partnership plus 6 years for financial record-keeping as required by HMRC. Website analytics data is retained for 26 months.
